Very attentive staff and great and sensational breakfast with a full offering and a beautiful view and biological food that lived up to my expectations. The atmosphere created was family.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, really enjoyed our stay, it had fabulous food and easy location in the restaurant attended by the charismatic Igor. The place had a special atmosphere. Location: the venue was short walk to the Puy de Dome and the Royat Valley, a main square with plenty of pay, and quiet and scenic Royat. The service was COURTEOUS, totally satisfied.

Luxurious and clean rooms with stunning views. Staff members are friendly and attentive to all guests. The location is fantastic and close to the Great Barn.

My stay at Hotel Princesse Flore was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed an incredible and comfortable room that boasted beautiful views over Royat. the staff were amicable and provided excellent service. it was a great value for the quality offered.

The hotel offers impeccable customer service and luxurious units featuring beautiful views across Royat, complete with balconies. It's conveniently located next to the church and other lovely buildings, as well as a beautiful park.

The location is super convenient and comfortable, and the food is really delicious. It's just half a kilometer from London Heathrow Airport, which is great. the staff are very attentive, and the room was spacious and luxurious, providing stunning views. 🌟.

The staff was super cool and always there to help. And guess what? They have a freaking casino! I mean, how cool is that? We had so much fun trying our luck on the slot machines. Plus, the 24-hour front desk was perfect for us party animals who never know when we'll stumble back to the hotel. And don't even get me started on the water adventures nearby. We went kayaking and water skiing and it was epic!

The only thing I wished for was a more happening nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was amazing, but as teenagers looking for a wild time, some more options for late-night fun would've been awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque town. The hotel is situated on a bustling square with convenient pay & display car parking nearby. Instead of paying extra to park at the hotel, we found it more cost-effective to use the public parking.

Super clean hotel with comfy beds, free wi-fi, ample parking, and accommodating chef for special requests. Helpful staff, quiet room with separate bedroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great location for exploring Puy de Dôme. Impressive old building, upgraded room, big rooms, great breakfast.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the staff was attentive and provided exceptional service, fulfilling our every luxurious need. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities, and the relaxing spa next door was easily accessible. the restaurant and bar offered delectable dining options, including special diet menus.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of private facilities in our room, but it did not detract from our overall amazing stay at this venue.
