The staff was super cool and always there to help. And guess what? They have a freaking casino! I mean, how cool is that? We had so much fun trying our luck on the slot machines. Plus, the 24-hour front desk was perfect for us party animals who never know when we'll stumble back to the hotel. And don't even get me started on the water adventures nearby. We went kayaking and water skiing and it was epic!

The only thing I wished for was a more happening nightlife scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was amazing, but as teenagers looking for a wild time, some more options for late-night fun would've been awesome.

Lovely Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque town. The hotel is situated on a bustling square with convenient pay & display car parking nearby. Instead of paying extra to park at the hotel, we found it more cost-effective to use the public parking.

I do like noting in this hotel.Only personal in room service was quite good.

Super clean hotel with comfy beds, free wi-fi, ample parking, and accommodating chef for special requests. Helpful staff, quiet room with separate bedroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great location for exploring Puy de Dôme. Impressive old building, upgraded room, big rooms, GREAT breakfast.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was superb, situated in a main square with plenty of pay & display car parking. The hotel facilities were very impressive, including a top-notch spa which I made the most of. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the restaurant attended by the charismatic Igor was definitely worth a visit - the food was divine.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious 5-star hotel. The staff was attentive and provided exceptional service, fulfilling our every luxurious need. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities, and the relaxing spa next door was easily accessible. The restaurant and bar offered delectable dining options, including special diet menus. Location advantages were also a plus.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of private facilities in our room, but it did not detract from our overall amazing stay at this venue.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this charming hotel located in a perfect spot for exploring the town. The rooms were of great size, the tea/coffee amenities were provided and the bathroom was very well-appointed with all necessary toiletries. Another great aspect of this hotel was the easy access to public parking that was free after 6 pm. The staff was friendly and polite, making us feel very welcomed.

The pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was average for the price paid, not many options to choose from, but overall a decent experience.

The surrounding area of the hotel is beautiful; there is a park with waterfalls and a café to visit, and the Royatonic Spa is a must-see. You can take the waters left of the hotel near the casino. The rooms are spacious, and the Le Europeen restaurant has wonderful décor and great food. The chef was even accommodating when we arrived early for a pre-dinner drink.

There was only one negative aspect of the stay: the breakfast was quite poor for the price.

The Hotel Princesse Flore exceeded our expectations with its upgraded rooms, spaciousness, and comfortable beds. We were thrilled to have access to the swimming pool, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. For people like us who enjoy karaoke and casinos, there were plenty of facilities and activities to keep us entertained.

We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Great location, spacious rooms, good restaurant, access to spa, ample public parking.

Beautiful Setting and Great Service

Located in a scenic area, this hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for a city break. The rooms are beautifully furnished and provide a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel also offers great food and a spa, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The only downside to this hotel is that there are limited activities to do in the vicinity. It is a bit far from the city center and attractions, which can be inconvenient.
